- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
- During peak periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email

4. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. All timeframes below are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Any such promotion will be clearly communicated on our website and applied automatically at checkout where eligible.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@spiritualclarity.shop.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an international order.
Spiritual Clarity is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Check any safe locations where the carrier may have left the package
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at contact@spiritualclarity.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date
Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow a few additional business days before contacting us, as carrier delays can occur. If your order is significantly overdue, please reach out to us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to process a refund minus original shipping costs.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@spiritualclarity.shop. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
10. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@spiritualclarity.shop with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
11. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times. If this applies to your order, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
