This does not constitute a refund but a fulfillment of your original order.

Please note: non-delivery due to an incorrect email address provided at checkout, emails filtered into your spam or junk folder, or issues with your email provider are not considered technical errors on our part. We strongly recommend checking your spam folder and ensuring the email address you provide at checkout is correct before contacting us.

3.2 Corrupted or Inaccessible Files

If a downloadable digital file is corrupted, defective, or otherwise inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a replacement or, at our discretion, a store credit or refund for that specific product.

3.3 Duplicate Charges
