2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all components, accessories, and documentation included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@spiritualclarity.shop with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us at contact@spiritualclarity.shop

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • Items returned in a condition other than original
  • Items with missing components or packaging
  • Items that show signs of use

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at contact@spiritualclarity.shop within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the damage, and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

We do not currently offer size or variant exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@spiritualclarity.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@spiritualclarity.shop with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you may return the item once it is delivered in accordance with this policy.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take several business days before the refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary
